Mixed Sauna & Ice Bath

Enjoy a 60-minute Sauna & Ice Bath session in our dedicated recovery room. Private booking available with 3 credits.

How to access
Please come to reception to collect the key for the Sauna & Ice Bath room, then change in the main changing rooms before your session. The key must be returned to reception immediately after your session.

Important rules

• This session is for mixed members (3 capacity).
• Please arrive on time. Your booking is for 60 minutes and cannot be extended if you arrive late.
• Swimwear or suitable shorts must be worn at all times.
• Please shower before using the sauna or ice bath.
• Sit on a towel while using the sauna.
• No food, alcohol or glass bottles are permitted in the room.
• Please keep the room tidy and leave it ready for the next booking.
• Do not adjust, move or interfere with any equipment.
• Use the sauna and ice bath responsibly and leave immediately if you feel dizzy, faint, unwell or uncomfortable.
• If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have heart or blood-pressure problems, or are unsure whether hot/cold therapy is suitable for you, please seek medical advice before use.
• Please do not use the facilities while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

CCTV
For safety and security, CCTV operates within the Sauna & Ice Bath room. Please ensure you are fully changed in the main changing rooms before entering. CCTV is not installed in changing areas.
